Single Class
- Stretching, cardio (jumping rope or jogging), weight training, hand wraps and gloves for intro to boxing and footwork, proper stance and instructional hand pad techniques, and heavy bag work.
One Week Membership
- All Regular Classes Monday, Tuesday, Open Gym, Thursday Class, and Saturday Class. A great way to try several different options and see which class is best for you!
Seniors Class
- It’s a fantastic way to stay fit at any age, but it may be especially beneficial as you get older. Our class includes a lighter workout with a less strenuous pace.
Kids Class Ages 7 to 12
- A great physical workout as well as hard work and discipline. Our kids boxing classes stress team work as helping children learn to take directions, focus, and lose weight.
Full Work Out
- Includes stretching, cardio (jumping rope or jogging), self body movement, balance coordination, boxing techniques, heavy bags, footwork, proper stance, and confidence building.
Students 13 and Up
- All Regular Classes Monday, Tuesday, Open Gym, Thursday Class, and Saturday Class.
Private One-On-One Class
- Stretching, cardio (jumping rope or jogging), weight training, hand wraps and gloves for intro to boxing and footwork, proper stance and instructional hand pad techniques, and heavy bag work – with Coach Spoon.
Adults
- Lifting, Cardio, Weight Loss, Boxing, Heavy pads, Footwork, Build Confidence. All Regular Classes Monday, Tuesday, Open Gym, Thursday Class, and Saturday Class.
Private One-On-One Class
