Scorchin Boxing?trains professionals and amateurs, boxers and individuals looking to get and stay in shape. All of our trainers are skilled professional and amateur trainers with over 40 years of fight experience.

We offer?TOTAL-BODY CONDITIONING,?INTERVAL TRAINING, TECHNICAL TRAINING, WOMEN’S CLASSES, and KIDS CLASSES!

COVID-19 Update

The Secretary of Health announced new efforts to slow the spread of Coronavirus. This includes a strengthened mask mandate inside at all time, including gyms.

At Scorchin Boxing Gym we specialize in intense types of boxing workouts. Those will not stop, but we ask you to wear a mask at all times and cut your workout efforts in half until you find a happy level to balance your breathing. We can still do this together. Let?s not let this KNOCK us OUT (KO). We will keep winning every round with some adjustments.

As of now this will be the only change. We will keep you posted as we learn the changes.

Our Classes

Our workouts are designed to tone your entire body while honing your boxing skills in the ring.

Students and Adults Class

Lifting, Cardio, Weight Loss, Boxing, Heavy pads, Footwork, Build Confidence. All Regular Classes Monday, Tuesday, Open Gym, Thursday Class, and Saturday Class.

Kids Class 7-12 Years of Age

A great physical workout as well as hard work and discipline. Our kids boxing classes stress team work as helping children learn to take directions, focus, and lose weight.

Seniors Class

It?s a fantastic way to stay fit at any age, but it may be especially beneficial as you get older. Our class includes a lighter workout with a less strenuous?pace.

Open Gym

A great opportunity to work on drills, technique, sparring, cardio and weightlifting.
